Summary:  This is a survey study of stress on missionary husbands and wives. 100 couples working as missionaries in 11 countries took the Pines and Aronson Tedium/Burnout scale. When compared with other helping professions, missionaries scored no higher than people in their home culture. Same as in Journal of Psychology and Christianity, 1983, 2, 30-37.
