Title: Let's get real about missionary team chemistry.
Evangelical Missions Quarterly,

Editor:
Pub. Data: Vol. 41, pp. 440-445.    2005
Pub. Type: Article      6 pages
Summary: This anonymous article with good suggestions about team interaction is written with great candor by a missionary who has lived through some bad team chemistry.
Gems: I'm convinced that many missionaries would be spared the disgrace of leaving the mission field or the hurt of leaving a mission agency if mission leaders would tale a hard look at how their organization manages poor team chemistry. My suspicion is that in Christian circles there is a tendency to do nothing, and then justify our inaction by appealing to God's sovereignty. "Let God fix it!" we muse, while our missionary teams self-destruct and no one wins.
